[FREE] Snow Overlay Material for Redshift [C4D Preset]

About the material:

A simple overlay material that can easily add a snow cap look on any object. It works by layering on top of another material and masking away the sides to keep the top surface only.

How to use?

Just stack on top of any object that you want to have a snow cap look.

In the material editor:
- Adjust the ramp to control the spread (based on angle from the vertical axis)
- Adjust the ramp white brightness to let in my noise detail
- Adjust the noise scale to make the detail size larger or smaller

Some notes

• The snow overlay material has to be applied on objects with materials already applied
• The material is not set up for displacement. Redshift displacement might not work as expected when combined with material stacking.
